Appointments

All services are by appointment only.  Your appointment time is reserved just for you so please arrive on time.    

Cancellations

A valid credit card number or gift certificate is required to reserve your appointment.  Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 charge to the credit card or gift certificate on file.  A "no-show" for any appointment will result in the credit card or gift certificate on file being charged a full fee for the scheduled services; if the appointment is part of a purchased package, the service will be forfeited. 

When you schedule an appointment, we reserve this time especially for you, ahead of other clients.  Without proper notice of cancellations, we are unable to rebook these appointments with other clients. 

To avoid charges, please schedule your appointments with care and adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Please be comfortable with your purchases.  All body wraps and wrap packages are non-refundable.  Products may be exchanged for store credit only. 

 

Gratuity

Gratuity is a personal choice.  Tips are never expected but are always appreciated.  When your appointment is complete, let us know if you would like to add a gratuity to your charge.  For your convenience, tip envelopes are available at our front desk for cash tips.
